Shipping Policy

All credit/debit card orders received by 3 PM Eastern Time Sunday through Thursday within the contiguous United States are processed and shipped within 24 hours. Exclusions include international orders, orders placed on Friday and Saturday, orders for AK, HI, PR and APO addresses and orders placed prior to US holidays. We are unable to guarantee 24-hour shipment for orders with incomplete customer information, credit/debit card declines or other anomalies, which may hold the order up. Occasionally we may hold your order because of stock fluctuations, items that are out of stock etc.

PLEASE NOTE: Our 24 hour ship time does not suggest that orders will arrive at your residence within 24 hours. It only acts as a statement that orders will ship from our warehouse within this time frame. Time in transit varies from state to state and if you need the items immediately please select 2 day or 3 day UPS services.
